I haven't always had my 'shift' together!
In 2012, I looked in the mirror and had no idea of who or what I was looking at. I had survived homelessness, sexual assault and abuse and learning disabilities, and became a wife and mother of 3, had a 20+ year career of helping others learn to communicate their truth as a speech pathologist. I gained the knowledge of how to overcome my baggage and had a collection of degrees and certificates, but I had no idea who I really was. After asking Spirit who I was, I was reminded of one of my earliest memories. I was around 18 mos. old or younger, staring at the mirror directly into my own eyes. That was the first time I heard my spirit guides communicating with me. They told me 'There is something very important You Need to Remember!' Throughout my childhood and a few times in adulthood, I would focus on the mirror and try to remember, but there was always something blocking me from remembering.
I now know, this barrier existed to Ignite Passion to Discover My Purpose
Since 2012, I've transformed my
Career, Finances, Love Life, & Friendships,
but most importantly, I've Transformed My Relationship to Myself.
And, hundreds of others are transforming their lives with my unique coaching.

Q: How many sessions would I need to get results with Shift Into Purpose?A: At Shift Into Purpose, our goal is to help you achieve meaningful and lasting change. The number of sessions required can vary depending on your individual goals and starting point. Typically, clients begin to see noticeable results after about 4-6 sessions. However, to deeply engrain new behaviors and thought patterns, a commitment to 8-12 sessions is often recommended. Each session is designed to build upon the previous one, ensuring a comprehensive and structured approach to your self-development journey. Your coach will work with you to tailor a plan that aligns with your specific needs, ensuring you get the most out of your investment. Remember, true transformation is a journey, and we’re here to support you every step of the way!

Q: How much does a session with Holly cost?Holly charges $60 for a 45-minute session. You aren't charged for any preparation time for the sessions.

Q: What services does Shift Into Purpose offer to help individuals achieve their personal and professional goals?A: Shift Into Purpose offers self-development coaching services to align personal and professional goals with core values. Offerings include online Angelic Healing sessions, Chakra/Aura Energy Readings, and Soul Shift Energy Coaching, Group classes, Meditations and custom energy aligning programs. Our approach includes mindfulness, goal-setting strategies, and actionable steps, empowering clients to overcome obstacles, build confidence, and take aligned action for a fulfilling life and career. We assist in career transitions, leadership development, and personal growth.

Q: Is the Angelic Healing affiliated with a particular religion?No. While Holly has a Christian upbringing, none of her services are based on religious content. Spirituality is viewed as connection to an infinite love and unity. Angelic Healing Sessions are a channeled healing that connects with the angelic energies of the violet flame for clearing of karmic energies that are stored within the cells (cellular memory) and within the bodies DNA (past-life karma). Clients report calm clarity and a decrease in anxiety after sessions and continued integration that occurs for weeks afterward.

Q: Are Chakra/Energy Readings conducted in person only?No. Use of biometric scans is done in in-person sessions. However, energy readings can also be conducted via distance using Holly's unique method of intuitive input and proxy scanning.
